Keener Management

Keener Management owns and operates apartment buildings across Washington, D.C., with more than 2,000 units in seventeen buildings. The buildings sit in neighborhoods such as Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Georgetown, Kalorama, 14th Street, Columbia Heights and Woodley Park, and the company has managed the properties developed by Keener-Squire Properties since 1984.

Residents reach an 80-person team through the leasing and management offices, and the company says the same staff handles maintenance requests for each building. Units are pet-free and non-smoking. Front desks are staffed around the clock at some buildings, and the company's own listings point prospective tenants to its available apartments page for current openings.
