Georgetown Carpet

Georgetown Carpet sells carpets, area rugs and runners, hardwood and engineered wood, bamboo, tile, and laminate flooring, with a range of natural and synthetic fibers including wool, sisal, jute, and seagrass. The shop also carries a selection of green flooring, such as bamboo and natural-fiber carpets, and offers custom-cut and bound rugs made to a customer's size and taste.

Customers can visit a showroom to see samples and talk with staff, then an estimator comes to the home to measure and an installer handles the work, including moving furniture if needed and hauling away the old flooring. The company also refinishes old hardwood floors. The Washington, DC showroom is at 1815 B Wisconsin Ave. NW in Georgetown, with additional branches in Fairfax, VA and Bethesda, MD.
