Dixon's Pest Control

Dixon's Pest Control handles residential and commercial pest problems, with termite inspection and treatment, rodent removal and exclusion, ant, roach and general pest control, and removal of squirrels, raccoons, opossums and bees. The company has been in business since 1978 and is family-owned. Preventative maintenance plans with routine inspections are available for customers who want ongoing protection.

Service is by inspection first, with pricing set by a customized quote rather than a flat rate. Commercial customers include offices, restaurants and retail spaces. The company offers a 5% senior discount and says its treatments are safe for pets and families. The office is on Georgia Avenue NW in Washington, DC, and the crews work across DC, Maryland and Virginia.
