Riley Construction Company, Inc

Riley Construction is a commercial general contractor that has been in business since 1986. The company handles new construction, renovations, metal buildings, recreation and shelter projects, SIP and post frame buildings, and historical renovations. Its work covers pre-construction planning, budgeting and estimating, and full general contract construction, with the company self-performing much of the carpentry and metal building erection.

Riley works in a design-build format, so one firm is responsible for design coordination, cost and schedule from start to finish, and it works alongside architects and engineers on value engineering. Owners and their staff can request an application or schedule an interview through the company's contact page. The business also supports local community projects in Wamego and runs a high school peer chamber partnership and a classroom career program.
