Village Medical

Village Medical is a primary care practice built around adults over 65, with a care team that includes nurses, clinicians and a primary care doctor. Visits cover annual check-ups, lab work, illness and injury treatment, medication management and referrals to specialists. Each patient starts with a Stay Well Care Plan, a personalized wellness plan built around their own lifestyle and needs.

Same-day appointments are available, along with virtual visits and in-person home visits for patients who need them. Most insurance plans and Medicare Advantage plans are accepted. Specialty care such as cardiology, neurology and physical therapy is offered on-site in select markets. The South Kingstown office is one of many in a national network, so records are available at any location, and patients can manage appointments and prescriptions through the free app.
