Aging Care Matters

Aging Care Matters is a life care management practice and network of adult day centers that helps older adults and their families with medical decisions, dementia care, safety concerns and long-term care planning. Care management is offered alongside daytime adult day care with supervision, socialization and structured activities for older adults. Support is also available for families who need respite or ongoing monitoring as care needs change.

The company is locally owned and founded in 2018 by Carla Payne, a Certified Care Manager. It operates Wake Forest and Durham locations, with the Wake Forest center at 3309 Rogers Road in Wake Forest, and serves families across the Triangle including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Cary. Families are encouraged to call to discuss needs before visiting.
