The company handles furnace and air conditioner installation and repair, ductless mini-split installation and repair, duct repair, and emergency service, for both homes and businesses. Commercial work includes routine maintenance, rooftop unit installation, and new construction systems built with builders and homeowners.

Its service area covers Michiana communities including Middlebury, Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, Mishawaka and Walkerton. The head office is in Mishawaka, Indiana. Equipment installs carry a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, and the company also runs a loyalty program called the Coblentz Comfort Club for returning customers.
