Jake & Co

Jake & Co is a family-owned roofing contractor serving Vista and North County San Diego, handling residential and commercial work. Its services include new roof installation, roof repairs, roof replacements, roof leak repair, flat roofing with TPO and PVC membranes, and storm damage roofing. The company also runs roof inspections and maintenance programs with photo reports and recommendations.

Crews provide free estimates and offer financing, and the company says it offers discounts for seniors, veterans and first responders. Its roofs carry 10- to 12-year non-prorated warranties on installations. The company also helps property owners with insurance claims, including documentation for storm damage.
