Kirbor Homes

Kirbor Homes is a home builder with new-home communities in the Hampton Roads area and northeastern North Carolina. The company's Sanderson Estates community in Chesapeake offers single-family homes on large homesites of one to three acres, zoned A1 for agricultural use. Floor plans in the community range from about 1,900 to over 3,900 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and two-car garages included.

Buyers work with licensed agents through the builder's sales team, and home showings are scheduled by calling or texting the listed contact. Sanderson Estates is about two miles from parks, hiking trails and boating areas, and the community sits in Chesapeake, Virginia, near the Edinburgh area.
