Community Property Restoration

Community Property Restoration handles fire damage restoration, water damage cleanup, mold remediation, roof leak repair, and full home restoration and rebuilds. The company works on homes and businesses, starting with emergency mitigation such as water removal, drying, and securing a property after a fire, then writing a scope of work to return the property to its pre-loss condition. Bobby Dexter, a Hampton Roads native, founded the locally owned family business, which has about 18 years of restoration experience.

The office is open around the clock, seven days a week, and emergency calls are handled at any hour. Insurance approval is part of the process: the team prepares an estimate that goes to your insurance carrier before repair work begins. The business is located at 800 Seahawk Circle in Virginia Beach and serves the Hampton Roads area.
