Bear Construction, LLC

Bear Construction, LLC installs privacy, chain link, aluminum, wood, vinyl and farm fences for homes and businesses. Every job includes removing the old fence before the new one goes in, so the yard is left clean and ready for the new installation. Custom heights, styles and layouts are available, and the crew builds to match the property and the owner's goals.

Estimates are done in person. A project manager measures the property, reviews fence options and gives a free quote, and the company says this avoids the surprise costs of no-contact estimates. Most installations take one to three days, depending on size and material. The company holds a Virginia contractor license, is insured, and offers a military and first responder discount. Its service area covers Virginia Beach, Poquoson, Chesapeake and the wider Hampton Roads area.
