Motion Massage

Motion Massage offers therapeutic, sports, prenatal and visceral manipulation massage from licensed therapists. Its sessions focus on relieving tension, speeding recovery from training or injury, and supporting people with chronic pain or surgical recovery. Sports massage is built around each athlete's training schedule, and prenatal sessions use body pillows and blankets for comfort.

Sessions are booked online and range from 30 to 120 minutes, with prices starting at $75 for a half hour. Gift cards are available. The Vienna studio is inside Evolution Health & Fitness on Dominion Road, and the practice also has a location in Falls Church. Wear comfortable clothing for sports sessions, since the work often includes stretching and position changes.
