Flynn Creek Farm

Flynn Creek Farm is a regenerative organic farm growing vegetables, crops and pasture-raised livestock. Its produce fields supply a farm store and restaurant chains, including Forage Kitchens, a fast-casual chain headquartered in Madison. The farm uses compost and natural inputs rather than chemicals or industrial fertilizers, and it makes its own worm compost, compost teas, worm char and biochar.

The farm store and farmstand in a renovated barn sell seasonal produce, packaged meats, and refrigerated and preserved goods, open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. A farm share works like store credit for anything the farm sells, and members can walk the trail system and get discounts. The farm is located 20 miles west of Madison, and its preserved products are also sold at the Dane County Farmers Market.
