David Barr

David Barr is a licensed broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, focused on homes in Venice and Nokomis. He works with buyers and sellers across single-family homes, condos, villas, townhomes and gated communities, and he specializes in new construction.

He publishes free neighborhood reports covering education, income and local housing trends for more than 80 Venice and Nokomis neighborhoods, and his site offers a full Venice MLS search with no sign-up. For sellers, he discourages open houses and prefers other marketing methods. The office is in Venice.
