Bloomingdale Rare Coins and Gold

Bloomingdale Rare Coins and Gold buys and sells United States and foreign coins, bullion, and old jewelry. The shop is especially interested in common, semi key, and key date coins, and it handles U.S. Mint and proof sets, 90% junk silver, paper money, graded PCGS, NGC, ANACS and ICG coins, and Indian Head, Wheat, V and Buffalo nickels. Platinum, palladium and rhodium are also bought and sold alongside gold and silver.

Jewelry can be brought in broken or wearable. A graduate gemologist on staff evaluates each piece on site and makes a cash offer based on live spot prices, while diamonds are priced from monthly rap sheets and live market quotes. The shop also carries coin supplies such as albums and flips. It is one of two coin shops in the Brandon area, and it serves Valrico, Brandon, Riverview, Fish Hawk, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach, and Plant City from its East Bloomingdale Avenue location in Valrico.
