Big Bend Golf Center

Big Bend Golf Center is a driving range and golf learning center in Valley Park with a double-decker range, a real grass tee and high-power stadium lights for evening practice. Target pins mark distances from 75 to 250 yards, and the range stocks premium balls each year. Private lessons and beginner clinics are taught by Kevin A. Wood, a PGA Class A Teaching Professional, and rental clubs are available for kids, left-handed golfers and anyone without a set.

Golfers pay at automated ball dispensers with cash, a credit or debit card, or an e-key, so there is no need to call ahead to practice. The bays are heated for cold-weather swings, and the range stays open year round on seasonal hours. The clubhouse is staffed on its own, more limited schedule. Groups such as school classes, scout troops and church outings can book by calling ahead for a group discount. The center is on Quinette Road.
