Utica Realty is a real estate brokerage with more than 70 independent agents serving clients across seven metro-Detroit counties. The brokerage also lists mortgage, title, notary and home inspection services.

Agents keep 100% of their commission, and the brokerage covers the first year of E&O insurance. Clients pay a $595 compliance fee on residential sales, and the brokerage handles commercial sales on an 80/20 split. Carl Barash offers free help setting a list price or consulting on an appraisal. Agents can attend free continuing education classes at the Utica office, which is visited by appointment.
