Trinity Community Care

Trinity Community Care provides free medical and dental care to low-income adults who are uninsured or underinsured. Its services include primary care visits, health screenings, chronic condition management, dental exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions and dentures, women's health exams and screenings, and an in-clinic program that dispenses prescribed medications at no cost. The clinic is guided by Christian values and opened in December 2013.

Appointments are required for clinic visits, and the administration office is open Tuesday through Friday. Medical and dental clinic days follow a monthly schedule that includes some Saturdays and Sundays, so check before visiting. The clinic is on Van Dyke Avenue in Shelby Charter Township, between 21 Mile and 22 Mile Roads, in the building behind the Shaggy Dog Plaza. It serves people of all faiths and backgrounds.
