Name-brand overstock with daily-dropping prices8801 University Ave Suite 25, Clive, IA
The Looney Bin is a discount retailer in Clive that sells name-brand merchandise from major department stores and online retailers, priced by the day. Its bin area carries everything from bins and shelves to clothing racks, with one low price per item that drops through the week, and the store says its truckloads are its main source of stock.
The bin area is closed to shoppers Thursdays and Fridays for restocking and reopens Saturday. A separate Deal Vault area carries furniture, home furnishings and home appliances at discounts below retail, with prices that also drop daily and new merchandise added every day. The Vault is open seven days a week. The store is on University Avenue in Clive, and it is a short drive from Des Moines.
