Revival Tattoo Studio

Revival Tattoo Studio is a tattoo shop offering black and grey work, American traditional, color, Neo Traditional, realism, fine line, and cover-ups, along with piercings. Founded by Jack Moore, who has 17 years of tattoo experience, the studio opened in November 2025 and has five full-time tattoo artists plus an apprentice. Joel handles piercings, and piercings are available starting at age 8 for first ear piercings.

Tattoos require clients to be 18 or older. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM for walk-in visitors, with appointments available outside those hours and on Sunday and Monday based on artist availability. Clients can book with a specific artist online, and the studio is at 5911 Meredith Dr. in Urbandale.
