Horbach Chiropractic LLC

Horbach Chiropractic is a chiropractic office in Trevor, Wisconsin, focused on posture and spinal function. Its doctors aim to reduce the wear that poor posture places on the nervous system and spine, and they combine spinal adjustments with tools such as Power Plate therapy, the BStrong4Life exercise program and dry needling. Digital X-rays are used to measure the structure of the spine and track improvement over time.

New patients fill out forms and provide their insurance card at the first visit, then the doctor reviews the condition and explains findings and costs before any treatment begins. Appointments can be requested by phone or online. The office keeps weekday hours with shorter hours on Friday and is closed on weekends. The doctors work with children, athletes and older patients, and the office serves veterans. It sits just minutes from Kenosha.
