Performance Strength Academy

Performance Strength Academy is a gym built around serious strength training. Its equipment list includes Eleiko and Ohio bars, Atlantis, Prime and Arsenal machines, competition powerlifting racks and Intek chrome dumbbells. The focus is on heavy lifting, and the atmosphere is meant for members who train with purpose rather than for casual visitors looking for a trendy studio feel.

The Hamilton location is on Sunnybrae Boulevard in Hamilton Township, and the gym also has a location in Glassboro. Multiple saunas are on site for recovery after hard sessions, and a downlit posing room serves bodybuilders preparing for stage. Memberships can be started online, and the Hamilton location opens early on weekdays.
