Palmetto Proper

Palmetto Proper Play Cafe is an indoor play space with a cafe, built for young children and the parents who come with them. The play area is designed for kids, and the cafe serves coffee drinks and treats while adults sit nearby.

Open play is for children eight and under, with a per-child fee and free admission for non-walking kids with a paid sibling. Socks are required in the play area, and a waiver must be signed before visiting. Birthday parties, private events and field trips can be booked, and memberships are offered. The play cafe is at 164 S Main St. in Travelers Rest, and the hours can change for private rentals and events, so calling ahead is a good idea.
