Foothills Chiropractic

Foothills Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice in Travelers Rest led by Dr. Mike Geran. The office takes a neurologically based approach, evaluating how the nervous system is functioning and using those findings to guide care for back pain, neck pain, headaches and joint problems. Patients mention Dr. Geran's use of a treatment instrument rather than manual manipulation, and his careful explanations of the process.

New patient evaluations are scheduled separately and typically book several days in advance, so calling ahead is the way to start. The office serves Travelers Rest, Tigerville, Marietta and northern Greenville County. Children are welcome, and the practice is on North Poinsett Highway in Travelers Rest.
