HopSaint is a South Bay craft brewery with a full kitchen, known for farm-to-table wood-fired barbecue and Southern-inspired dishes. The brewery brews its beer in-house on a 10-barrel system, with rotating seasonals alongside its house lineup. Signature plates include a smoked brisket po' boy, smoked pork back ribs, and a duck and mushroom gumbo.
The original brewpub on West 190th Street serves food daily from late morning into the evening, and takeout is available. A second spot, a taproom called The Ditch on Del Amo Boulevard, pours the HopSaint beers alongside rotating food trucks and has an open patio. Its hours are shorter, with weekend afternoons and evenings.
