Back in time

Back In Time is a private escape room company built around a time-travel story: teams are sent through T.I.M.E. portals on missions involving altering history, solving mysteries and recovering treasure. Each game has nine missions to choose from, and every booking is private, so only your group plays, with a dedicated Game Master and as many clues as you ask for.

The East Torrance location is at South Vermont Avenue, and the company also runs rooms in Manhattan Beach and in Texas at Frisco and Arlington. Reviewers often mention the puzzles, which go beyond opening boxes and locks, and say the rooms work well for parties, families and friends. The company describes its rooms as family friendly, with some spooky moments but no real scares, and guests can leave a room in an emergency.
