ROC Homes

ROC Homes is a Houston home builder that constructs custom and semi-custom homes, with a focus on infill homes in inner-loop neighborhoods and the Winfrey Estates 55+ community in Tomball. Buyers choose their finishes, options and upgrades within 10 days of signing, and the company says each home is built with real input on design and layout rather than picked from a preset list.

The company sends a weekly update from its construction team from contract to close and says every home is finished before closing day, with a warranty after closing. Visits to the Winfrey Estates model home at 1326 Hidden Oaks Dr. in Tomball are welcome as walk-ins during posted hours, and the company's founders are involved in each build.
