Saults Eclectic Cuisine LLC

Saults Eclectic Cuisine is a food truck and catering business led by chef Steve, whose cooking draws on years in the food industry and his travels during his Marine Corps service. The menu centers on wood-fired pizza, and the business has earned local recognition, including Best Restaurant in Tolland County in 2023 and a tie for first place at the 2025 A Taste of Simsbury event for its white bolognese.

Steve also takes catering jobs and works with each client on a menu that suits their tastes and vision. Since April 2025 the food has also been served inside Dudleytown Brewing Company, and the business is set to move to a new location, with details still to come. It is based in Tolland.
