Harbor

Harbor provides mental health and substance use care, with psychiatric services, counseling, medication management, medication-assisted treatment, outpatient detox and a mental health urgent care. Its programs also include primary care, intensive outpatient treatment, case management and employment services such as CareerLink and work experience placements. Many services are offered at several locations across northwest Ohio.

The Woodley Road location in Toledo is open on weekdays, with evening hours Monday through Wednesday, and is closed on weekends. New patients schedule their first visit by phone, and existing patients call the location they visit for appointments or prescription refills. Telehealth visits by two-way video are available from a Harbor suite or from home. In a mental health crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
