The Oaks

The Oaks is a shopping center in Thousand Oaks with department stores, specialty fashion shops, a food court and a movie theater. Anchor stores include Macy's, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Dick's Sporting Goods and Arhaus, and the sit-down restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, Wood Ranch and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. Pacsun has recently opened a new space at the center.

Parking is free, with more than 1,000 covered spaces plus surface lots around the property. Select restaurants offer curbside pickup, and many dining spots deliver through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Visitors will find EV charging, bike racks, free Wi-Fi in the common areas, family lounges inside the family restrooms, and an ATM in the food court. Security handles lost and found items.
