The Terminal Public House is a locally owned restaurant and pub in downtown Terre Haute, built around tasty food and quality drinks in a traditional public house style. It is meant as a gathering place for friends and family, and the menu includes brunch items such as Bloody Marys. The Terminal is also known for its historic building, a Beaux-Arts arcade with limestone and granite facades that dates to between 1907 and 1911 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The restaurant sits on the corner of Wabash Avenue and 9th Street on the east side of downtown, across from the Clabber Girl building. The kitchen closes one hour before the bar does, and the bar is closed on Sundays. Gift cards can be purchased through the restaurant's online ordering system. The main bar is built on original Brazil Clay Company tiles, and the Parlor private room is paneled in salvaged wood.
