Bird Creek Brewing

Bird Creek Brewing is a brewpub in downtown Temple that brews its beer on site and serves gourmet burgers, with the Classic Burger, Bison burger and Burger Con Queso among the menu's most ordered items. The menu also covers fried pickles, garlic parm fries, chili cheese fries, salads, chicken sandwiches and a few entrees like fish and chips and a strip steak. The taproom has had the 2026 Brewery of the Year title from the Texas Craft Brewers Conference, and its beers have medaled at several competitions.

Live music plays Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, with weekly music bingo on Wednesdays. Takeout, delivery and private events are available, and online ordering and gift cards are offered through the brewery's site. The brewery is at 8 S 4th St in downtown Temple, and guests can order a meal ahead through the app.
