Back N Motion Advanced Bodywork

Back N Motion Advanced Bodywork offers targeted therapeutic bodywork aimed at muscle pain, restricted movement and injuries, rather than spa-style massage. Sessions often begin with 10 minutes in an infrared sauna, followed by hands-on work and assisted stretching, and are available in 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute lengths. WenD, who has been in practice since 1998, draws on Advanced Sports Massage, Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Acupressure and MPS Therapy, and has worked with athletes, active people and clients managing chronic pain.

All visits are by appointment, and clients can text or call to book. Urgent appointments may be possible on Saturdays for an additional fee. The business is located at 5100 Midway Dr in Temple, Texas, and is open Tuesday through Friday with shorter hours on Friday.
