Palomar Termite and Pest Control is a family-run company known for termite work, with services that include heat treatments for drywood termites, tent fumigation, subterranean termite barriers, and annual termite inspection programs. It also handles general pest control for ants, roaches, spiders, rodents and other common pests, on one-time, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly schedules. Repairs for fungus and dry rot damage are part of the work as well.

The company was founded in 1992 and covers San Diego County, with a recent expansion into the Temecula area. Its specialties include escrow inspections, and it has worked with many local realtors over the years. Heat treatments are done without chemicals and require vacating the home for about five to seven hours. Tent fumigations take around two and a half days, and the company walks customers through preparation beforehand. Callers can ask for references by phone.
