Mr Kabob Catering

Mr Kabob Catering is a Middle Eastern and Levantine caterer serving the Inland Empire. Its menu centers on charcoal-grilled chicken, beef and lamb kabobs, whole fried fish and falafel, with rice, stews, salads, dips and mezze such as hummus and tabbouleh. The kitchen also bakes manakish, spinach pies and meat pies that can be ordered by the dozen or on party trays.

The company caters weddings, corporate lunches, birthdays, graduations and private events such as Ramadan iftars, with groups from about ten guests up to three hundred. Food is delivered hot with chafing trays and set up on site, or dropped off if the host prefers to run service. Meats are prepared to halal standards, and there are vegetarian options. Two weeks' notice is preferred for large events, and quotes are priced per head or per platter after a call with the date and headcount.
