FUSION KITCHEN

Fusion Kitchen serves Japanese cooking in Taunton, with sushi rolls, ramen and udon bowls, and a short lunch-style list of salads and soups. Ramen bowls with pork belly or ribeye, snow crab udon, and a crispy spicy roll with crab and tobiko are among the dishes the menu features. The menu changes with the season, and the kitchen also runs a tasting menu.
