Ulele

Ulele is a native-inspired restaurant and brewery that fuses ingredients from Florida waters and land once home to Native Americans, with dishes cooked on a 10-foot barbacoa grill. The menu features items indigenous to the area's waters and farms, along with house craft beers from the on-site Ulele Spring Brewery and signature cocktails made for the restaurant.

Ulele sits on the banks of the Hillsborough River on Tampa's Riverwalk, with a beer garden and a rooftop terrace overlooking the river. Reservations are taken by phone, and the dining room is casual elegance, though men must wear sleeves. Guests dressed more casually may be seated in the outdoor area. The restaurant also hosts group dining and private events, and it sells gift cards.
