Tampa Emergency Restoration Pros

Tampa Emergency Restoration Pros handles cleanup after water, fire and mold damage at homes and businesses. Its work includes mold removal and remediation, water damage restoration, fire, soot and smoke cleanup, and odor removal from linens, walls and fixtures. The company also offers air duct sanitization and packout of belongings during a restoration job.

Crews respond to emergencies at any hour, with an estimator and technician typically on site within an hour for urgent calls and within 24 hours for non-emergencies. The team works on both residential and commercial properties and can handle insurance paperwork directly with many carriers and independent adjusters. The business is run by a father and son who are second and third-generation general contractors. Its office is on Danube Avenue in Tampa, and a sister company, Kevin Scribner Construction, handles rebuilding.
