Spa Sudeva

Spa Sudeva is a holistic day spa offering massage, facial treatments, energy rituals and body journeys, with a focus on balance across body, mind and spirit. Clients can add a Far Infrared Sauna session to a visit, and the spa also sells Arcona natural skin and body care products in its boutique.

Appointments are booked by calling the spa, and guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early to change into a robe, have a cup of tea and relax in the lounge. The spa requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and gift certificates are available. The spa is at 2406 South MacDill Avenue in South Tampa.
