Smelt Feed and Pet Supply

Smelt Feed and Pet Supply is a feed and pet store that has served Tampa since 1947, stocking pet food, livestock feed, exotic animal feed and bedding, tropical fish feed, bait chum and garden supplies. The store carries flea and tick products, wormers, shots, leashes, bowls and kennels, along with hay, wound care, liniments and farm supplies. Specialty feed is blended for Koi and tropical fish breeders, and chum is sold to charter fishermen and bait shops.

The store is on East 7th Avenue just east of Ybor City. Customers can call or email to check whether an item is in stock, and the staff will order products that aren't on the shelves. Special orders and shipping are also available, and the store runs a preferred customer program for coupons and sales notices.
