Sam Ivy K9 Consultants

Sam Ivy K9 Consultants is a dog training program based in Tampa that helps owners work through behavior problems such as aggression, barking, jumping, chewing and pulling. Its courses include a Proper Pack Behavior Course, a Comprehensive Course covering foundation and obedience, an Off-Leash Course and a Service Dog Course for dogs that must perform reliably in any situation. The method focuses on teaching owners to communicate with their dogs, since the owner's own consistency is what keeps the results in place.

Training takes place in and around your home, so the work happens where your dog's everyday behavior shows up. Most clients meet with their coach one to two times a week for an hour, practice assigned homework between sessions, and can text their coach with questions. Every new client starts with a free one-on-one consultation, and coaches work with dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages.
