Performance Floors & Coating

Performance Floors & Coating applies concrete floor coatings for garages, patios and lanais, driveways, pool decks, and commercial and industrial floors. Its installs use Simiron products, including polyaspartic topcoats and decorative polymer flake finishes, and the company says its installers are Simiron certified. Work typically follows a process of grinding and profiling the concrete, repairing cracks, applying a moisture vapor barrier base coat, broadcasting flake, scraping, and sealing.

Most residential jobs are finished in about one day, and foot traffic is allowed after roughly 6 to 8 hours. Free estimates are offered, with the team assessing the space before recommending a solution. The company serves the Tampa Bay area, including Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Brandon, Lakeland, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, and its office is on Fisher Ave in Tampa.
