Jerome's Cafe & Bakery is a French-style cafe and bakery run by pastry chef Jerome Dulas, a native of southwest France. The menu centers on croissants, including almond and chocolate, along with raisin rolls, savory croissants, crepes made with white or buckwheat flour, and sandwiches. Several pastry recipes are gluten free, and some flavors draw on ingredients from around the world.

Orders can be placed online through the cafe's website, and it also works with Grubhub and DoorDash, though the cafe says it is not responsible for orders placed through those services. Hours are Monday through Saturday, from early morning to early afternoon, and the cafe is closed on Sundays. Coffee is served in eco-friendly cups, and pastries, sandwiches and salads go out in eco-friendly to-go boxes. Chef Dulas previously worked as a pastry chef at resorts abroad and at a French bakery in Sarasota.
