Melo Air

Melo Air is a family-owned HVAC contractor serving homes and businesses across Tampa Bay since 2006. The company handles AC repair, installation, maintenance, indoor air quality work and commercial HVAC for offices, retail spaces and multi-unit properties. Founder Gus Melo started the business after a decade at a large area HVAC company, and it emphasizes upfront flat-rate pricing and same-day repairs.

Most repairs are aimed to be finished on the first visit because the service trucks are fully stocked. Service calls are typically scheduled within a two-hour window, and emergency service is available around the clock, including in summer heat. The company works on all major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, York and American Standard. Melo Air also offers seasonal maintenance plans with spring and fall tune-ups. The office is at 550 N Reo St in Tampa.
