Landscaping Tune-Ups, Inc.

Landscaping Tune-Ups is a landscape design and installation company that started in 1989 with small cleanups and refreshes, the jobs clients began calling tune-ups. The company now designs and installs full landscapes, including drainage fixes, outdoor lighting, artificial turf, large tree installs and specimen palms, for residential and commercial properties. Its founder, Thomas Uzdavinis, has a background in horticulture, and the firm says freeze protection and salt-tolerant waterfront plantings are handled with that science in mind.

The company is family-run and says it is licensed and insured. Projects start with an on-site walk-through and a written estimate, and the business says it offers a workmanship warranty on installations. Its service area covers Tampa and nearby communities including South Tampa, Davis Islands, Brandon, Lutz and St. Petersburg. The office is on East Yeoman Street in Tampa.
