It Is Finished Flooring

It Is Finished Flooring sells and installs carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, engineered real hardwood and commercial flooring, and supplies MSI and Tesoro tile as material only. Carpet and LVP guidance is a core part of the business, and the team helps compare samples, padding and product details before a quote.

The company offers a mobile showroom that brings samples to your home or business so colors can be compared in your own light. It takes measurements, prepares a project-specific free estimate and handles installation planning and cleanup. Financing is available through Synchrony, with 0% promotional offers subject to credit approval. The Tampa showroom at 920 E 124th Ave is open by appointment, and the company serves much of the Tampa Bay area, including Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
