Global Food Services

Global Food Services is a Tampa-based food manufacturer that supplies restaurants with menu items, dips, sauces and spices. Its best-known line is Kasabah Mediterranean Foods, which includes hummus, falafel, tzatziki and tabouli, available for white-label distribution. The company also makes a gluten-free buttermilk pancake mix built on chickpeas.

Restaurants can work with the company on custom recipe development, including creating new recipes or reverse-engineering dishes they already serve, and on co-packing, where its in-house production and distribution handles restaurant inventory. The company says its facility is FDA licensed and that it offers confidential, NDA-protected work. Global Food Services is based on East Columbus Drive in Tampa.
