FitEx Meals

FitEx Meals is a meal prep company that cooks portion-controlled, high-protein meals and delivers them ready to heat and eat. The weekly menu runs to 50-plus options, including bowls, tacos, pasta, and salmon, with several gluten-light and plant-based choices labeled on the menu. Meals are described as fresh rather than frozen, and the food arrives in reusable containers.

Meals are sold as a weekly subscription or as individual orders with no long-term commitment, and subscribers can skip a week or cancel at any time. Delivery covers the Greater Tampa Bay Area, and the company also runs a pickup location and a second site in St. Petersburg. The Tampa address is on North Himes Avenue.
