Cheeseology

Cheeseology runs hands-on cheese-making classes in Tampa, where guests make their own cheese with local ingredients and then take home what they made. The studio also pours a selection of hand-picked wines and beer, and sells locally sourced charcuterie items that guests can enjoy in the lounge after class.

Classes are reserved in advance through the website, and the business also hosts wine tastings, date nights, team-building events and private parties. Gift cards are available for those who want to give an experience. The studio sits on East 7th Avenue in the Ybor City area of Tampa.
