Walrath Solutions

TE Walrath is a family-owned company that began as a log trucking operation in 1968 and now supplies bulk landscape materials through locations in Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Olympia and Everett. Its landscape supply yards sell topsoil, mulch, compost, soil amendments and aggregates such as utility sand, pea gravel and drain rock, and the company also blends custom soil mixes.

Materials can be picked up in bulk or delivered to a home or job site, and bagged soil, mulch and compost come in 40 to 50 pound bags. Reviewers mention drivers who text ahead and unload exactly where requested. The main office is in Tacoma, and the business serves both residential and commercial customers.
